Efus (European Forum for Urban Security) is seeking a talented Programme Manager – Crime and Prevention and European Projects to join our dynamic team!

About Efus: As Europe's only network dedicated to urban security, we connect 250+ cities & regions built on three pillars: Prevention • Sanction • Solidarity. We empower local authorities and integrate local security policies into European frameworks.

What You'll Do:
✅ Lead & manage crime prevention projects (including drug-related violence)
✅ Produce high-quality content & animate our professional network
✅ Drive network development & strategic partnerships
✅ Work closely with the Deputy Executive Director

Languages Required: • French & English (C1 level minimum – written & spoken) ???? • Third European language preferred (German = strong asset!)
